By commissioning Inkpawz Art you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment: 
All payments are made in United States dollars (USD) via Pay Pal.

A deposit of 50% of the total commission cost is required to claim a commission spot. These funds go to ordering supplies for the commission. The remaining amount owed must be paid in full before the commission will be mailed to the customer. Option for multiple payment installments will be considered on a case by case basis as determined by the artist.

Cancellations: 

If construction of the commission has not yet begun and the commissioner wishes to cancel their commission then funds will be refunded to the commissioner - minus PayPal fees and the cost of any materials already purchased for said commission.

If the commission has already been started no refunds will be issued.

Artistic decision: 

Efforts will be made to match appropriate minky fabric colors to provided character reference image(s) as closely as possible. Exact color matches to character reference image(s) are not always possible due to availability of matching minky fabric colors.  Attempts to locate close matches to character colors in available minky fabric will be made, and commissioner will have opportunity to review selected minky color stock and approve before purchase of fabric is made by the artist.
 
If commissioner’s character has markings or patterns which are complex in detail please note that due to the size and/or pose of certain styles of plush, the complexity of some character’s markings or patterns, and limitations of production equipment and tools available to the artist in the production process that markings may not be an exact match to reference material(s) provided by the commissioner. 

Initial sketches of the prototype layout of the matching plush patterns will be provided for commissioner’s review prior to material purchase and commission assembly. 

Changes to commission: 

Changes to a commission may only be made if agreed upon by the artist. 
Once a commission assembly has started, major changes may incur and additional fee to the commissioner.

Returns:

No returns accepted. 
 
Shipping:

Shipping is handled through the United States Postal Service with insurance and tracking for each package. 
 
For International shipping, please note that tracking service becomes unavailable once parcel leaves the United States. Alternate options for international shipping and tracking are able to be explored on a case by case basis.

If the commissioner desires the commission to be express shipped, they are responsible for covering the additional fees.

Artist takes no responsibility for damage or loss of packages once the commission has left the workshop. Refunds will not be issued for loss or damage of commission due to issues related to transport or handling of the shipping carrier.

Handling and care: 

Be aware that some parts are hand stitched and handle gently. 

To remove any dirt spots, gently use a damp cloth to dab away affected area and allow to air dry. 

Do not machine wash.
